AVAILABLE TO: Michigan's High School Sons, Daughters or Grandchild of Veterans Planning to Attend a Michigan College.
Selection Based On:
- Students Academic Standing (2.5 GPA minimum)
- Financial Need
- Parents Military Service Record
- Student Academic Goals and Intentions
